朝営業も始められたようです |
10年振りくらいにランチで再訪問。
祝日の12時半くらいでしたがすんなり駐車でき、席も１席だけ空いていたので、待ちなく着席できました。
中華そば(こってり)の中盛を。
調理場、カウンター、店内が全て綺麗で、この時点で嬉しくなります。
久しぶりの一杯は、こってりといえど、最近よくある脂大量投入で誤魔化すことなく、煮干しと豚骨スープのバランスが最高です。
そんなスープを飲み進めると、水菜とざく切りネギが口の中をリセットしてくれいい感じ。
麺は硬めのポクっとした軽めの食感で、こんなに硬かったっけ？と思いましたが、食べ進めるとこのスープに非常に良く合います。
最近煮干しラーメン食べ初め勉強中の身ですが、親鶏中華が人気ある由利本荘市の中で、支持されるのが納得の一杯でした！
