由利本荘市にあるこちらのお店。駐車場は店舗前に5台停められるスペースがある。
こちらのお店は、天然素材本来の旨みを引き出すことを目的に、化学調味料等の使用はしていないようである。
そしてお店は食券方式。そして待ち客は中で4名ほど、その他は外で待つ方式のようである。
今回は日曜日の11時45分に到着し、外での待ち客は2組。
今回頼んだのは、限定麺（大）。
・限定麺（大） 1060円（税込）★4
→この日の限定麺は、豚くさくない味噌ラーメン。出汁は鶏白湯、サバ、ウルメ等を使用しているため、豚臭さがない。弾力のあるストレートの太麺と濃厚な味噌スープが絡み合う。濃厚ながらもくどさが全くないから驚きである。チャーシューも低温調理の柔らかいチャーシューが特徴的。
今回レビューでも書いたが、ぱっと見濃そうに見えながらも、いざ味わうと濃すぎない。
濃くないと言うと“薄い”と解釈されるかもしれないが、それも違う。
素材の旨みが抽出された出汁を使っているからこそ、濃さに依存しない絶品ラーメンに仕上がっている。
