由利本荘から秋田食材を使い、季節を盛り込んだイタリア料理をご提案させて頂きます。 |
由利本荘は秋田を旅しても通り過ぎることはあっても降りることはなかった。
そんな私も昨年由利本荘の寿司の名店鮨駒さんにお邪魔して、地方都市グルメの可能性に気づいてしまった私。
今回は鮨駒さんのすぐそばに店を構えているaffetto Akitaさんにお邪魔してきました。
飛行機に乗り遅れ、他社便を当日予約し一時間遅れで到着。
遅れたにも関わらず気持ちよく接客していただきました。
味の方ですが、東京のイタリアンの有名店で腕を振るっていただけあり、味付けや火加減は絶妙。
食材もいぶりがっこ、だだみ(鱈の白子)、ノドグロ(火入れが半生で絶妙)、ひろっこ(いわゆるあさつき)など秋田ならではの食材を豊富に揃えて、コースを構成されています。
また即興で子供のために作っていただいたミートソース系のパスタも、「これは！」という美味しさ。
ワインのペアリングもイタリアワインをきちんとペアリング。最後はイタリアワインの王様バローロまで登場。
うーむ。美味すぎた。
また行きたいと思う秋田イタリアンでした。
なお基本子連れはNG。ですがお客さんの予約がない時だけ子連れもOKとのことです。別にオーナーが子供嫌いということではなく、接待目的利用も多いため制限しているとのことでした。
このレベルで東京で食べたら、値段も全然違うし、子連れOKなんてとこほとんどないと思います。
断然オススメです！
