接待で行ったら、某自動車会社のお偉いさんが
さすが伝統あるお店。素材は吟味されたうに、ボタン海老、マグロ(大間)等々、最高でした。
町中からは離れているが、とても瀟洒なお店でした。
素材の持ち味を存分に生かした寿司は、今まで食べていたものがなんだったんだと思わせるものでした。
特に「うに」は臭みがなく、東京で食べるもの...
接待で連れて行っていただいた。
ここの寿司、料理の素材は間違いなく青森一番だろう。
接待なので普通に座っていただいた。次から次へと高級食材のオンパレード。
