本格的なザッハートルテを、豪勢な雰囲気の中で頂けるお店

シュトラウスは、青森駅の近くにある、オーストリアのお菓子に関する国家資格に合格した
マイスターの方が作ったケーキを頂けるカフェです。

重厚感のある外観、落ち着いた中にも豪勢さを感じさせる内装は、店主さんのこだわりを感じます。
女性の店員さんは全員メイド服を着ていました。お冷は、柑橘系の果汁入りで酸っぱさを感じます。

2016年6月
最初、お店名物のザッハートルテを持ち帰ろうとしていたのですが、
おトイレを借りるために、カフェにお邪魔しました。

頂いたのは、ザッハートルテとヴィーナーメランジュのセット(税別950円)です。
ザッハートルテは甘味が強く、特に表面のチョコレート層？は砂糖由来と思われる
じゃりじゃり感がありました。
たっぷり絞られた無糖の生クリームや、無糖のヴィーナーメランジュコーヒーと
一緒に頂くことで、甘味が和らぎ、美味しく頂くことができました。

それでも私には少々甘すぎたかなぁと思います。
でも高級というか一流というか本格的というか、すごいマイスターの方が作ったケーキ
なんだなぁというのは、味わいからも雰囲気からも伝わってきました。
甘い洋菓子が好きな方は、一度行ってみていいお店と思います。
