吹雪の中、青森市のシュトラウスさんを初訪問。雰囲気が良さそうでずっと気になっていたお店です。1階はケーキが販売され、2階が喫茶スペースになっています。席に座り、ケーキと紅茶をオーダー。私は和栗のモンブラン（480円）とレモンティー、妻はザッハトルテとミルクティーを選択です。
和栗のモンブランは濃厚な栗の味を楽しめ、かなり栗の味が強いので栗好きにおススメ。栗のクリーム自体は甘さ控えめで少し和風な感じで、和洋折衷のモンブランです。紅茶と相性よく、妻の食べたザッハトルテも濃厚なチョコの味が美味しく大満足。どうもご馳走様でした。
