国道4号線沿いにある蕎麦屋さん
『小巾亭』（こぎんてい）初訪問
初めての蕎麦屋さんでは天ざるを
頼むのがいつもの食べ日記さんですが、
今回は気になるメニューがあったので
そちらを注文。
それは『あどはだり蕎麦』。（1,000円）
柔らかく煮込んだ牛すじ肉が
たっぷり入っています。
“あどはだり”とは、青森の方言で
おかわりしたい、もっとほしいと
いう意味だそうですが、
ボリュームがあるので、おかわり
しなくても満足です！
天ぷらも食べたいので、
ミニかき揚げ丼（550円）を
いただきましたが、こちらも
ミニとは言えないボリューム！
エビ、イカなど具沢山。
こちらも美味しかったです♪
