青森市のジャスコ近くの住宅街にあります。
道が狭く、入り込んでいるので、青森市外に住んでいる私はいつもお店探しに苦慮しています。
駐車場も狭く少ないのでご注意を。
店内もこれまた狭く、4〜5人のカウンターと小さなテーブル席が4席？ほど。少人数向けですね。
店員さんがとても明るく親切で、また厨房の仕事ぶりも間近で拝見できるので気分良く食事ができます。
さて、お勧めはやはり担々麺。
激辛，大辛，中辛～と5段階選べますが，あまり辛くない中辛が一番スープの旨さが感じられると思います。私は大辛ですが．．．汗；）
麺は細い縮れ麺。
とてもバランスがイイです。夏季にはトマトたっぷりの冷やし担々麺があります。
オールシーズンで食べたいなあ。
