オーナーシェフのお人柄でしょう。平日夜で満席でした。洗練されたサービスと云うより心のこもった気付かい。雪のかぶった毛のコートの水分を丁寧にふき取っていただいたスタッフ、団体客と別に個室を用意していただいたり、とても料理が楽しみになりました。
料理は丁寧で綺麗な盛り付け、美味しくいただきました。料理の好き嫌いなどのワガママにも対応いただき有り難く思います。オーナー様の料理への情熱とお客様目線の対応でこれからも大繁盛していくと思います。
一点注文するならワインのオススメはもう少し研究して欲しいかな。品揃はそこそこありましたが個性がなく、説明もよくわからず、結局自分で選びました。
