とにかく鳥が美味い!! 焼き鳥はもちろんのこと、唐揚げや、そぼろ丼など全ての鳥料理が美味い(^o^)
ここは鳥好きには外せないお店です。
お店はさほど広くないですがカウンターと座敷。 ご夫婦二人で切り盛りしているせいか、たまにお子さんがヒョッコリ♪
ご夫婦は東京で出会い結婚されたそうで、四国出身のご主人は東京目黒で焼き鳥屋の店長、青森出身の女将さんはOLから結婚後焼き鳥屋でバイト開始。
そのお店で初めて出会った焼き鳥は今まで一番おいしい焼き鳥でした♪
そのため青森で自分たちのお店を持つと聞いて、青森に行く際は必ず立寄るようになりました。
いつかご主人に「ここの焼き鳥なんでこんなに美味しいですか!?」とカウンター越しに聞くと、「焼き鳥、愛してますから」と嬉しそうに話してくれました。 いい店だぁ!!
名前は忘れたけど女将さん推薦の四国の梅酒も美味しかった。
あぁ!! もっとお店が近ければ(ToT) 今回で3回目だけど、また新幹線乗って、車転がして必ず行きます♪
