青森市内安方にあるこちらのお店。
晩飯を求めフラフラしていた時、雰囲気の良さそうなこちらに入店しました。
早い時間だったので先客はなし。
カウンターと座敷席がありますが今回は焼き場の前のカウンターに着席。
お通しは小さい揚げ出し豆腐。これが美味しくあっという間にビールを飲み干します。
メニューから焼き鳥数種と気になったはちんぼ天なるものを注文。
はちんぼという魚のじゃこ天だそうで噛むとじゃこ天よりも味が濃くて美味しいです。
店内は焼酎がかなり充実していますが日本酒が飲みたかったのでおすすめから天弓を頼みます。
お酒は冷蔵庫に入れているだけでなくバキュバンを使って空気も抜いています。しっかり管理しています。
焼き鳥はまずは正肉。小ぶりですが中々のお味です。次に大好きなかしら。ムッチリとした歯ごたえがたまりません。
とりかわとぼんじりはどちらもよく焼きで外側カリカリで美味しい。
つくねととりかわを追加していしまいました（汗）。
店主さんは寡黙というかちょっと機嫌悪いのか、話しかけてくることは一切なく、こちらが話を振っても少し話す程度。
一人でゆっくり楽しみたい人にはいいかもしれません。私もそっちの方が気を遣わなくて好きです。
