青森警察署の裏の焼き鳥に、ふらりと入りました。カウンターの真ん中に座り、まずは生ビールで喉を潤します。そしてマスターのおまかせ盛合せ五本730円を注文。焼けたものから出てきますが、焼き加減も良くて美味しいです。レバーも最高です。日本酒もあって、秋田のゆきの美人があったので迷わず注文。グラスかお猪口ご選べるので迷わずお猪口にしました。生酒ではありませんが、たくさんある東北のお酒の中でゆきの美人が置いてあるマスターのセンスに共感しました。行きつけのお店にしたい焼き鳥屋さんです。
