出張で青森に来ました＾＾
ホテル到着したのが21:00で開いてる飲食店は数少なく^^;
青森駅前にで発見！ 井戸端！
吸い込まれるように入店^ ^
店内は、地元民で賑わってますね^ ^
青森の方言飛び交う店内何故か落ち着きます^_^

席に案内されて まずはビール！
メニューはモツ串中心で安いです！
串の盛合わせと単品数品
創業以来54年間変わらぬ味 もつ煮込み注文！
盛り合わせは、かしら、ハツ、タン、なんこつ、コブクロ、レバー。
小ぶりな串は塩でどれも臭みも無く美味しい！
モツ煮込みは、見た目味濃いそうですが
濃くは無く柔らかモツが54年の味！
かなり旨いです！
次回青森出張の時は、ゆっくり来てみたいです。
