2024年1月20日（土）17時頃訪問
青森駅前のもつ焼きのお店、井戸端さんを初訪問。店内はなかなか賑わってます。カウンター席に座り、まずはチャーハイともつ煮込みをオーダーし、チューハイで乾杯です。お通しは200円。名物もつ煮込みは、とろっとろに煮込まれており臭みなく、旨味が凝縮されており絶品。色は濃いですが、味が濃すぎるわけではなく、旨味が濃厚という感じです。これは絶対毎回頼んじゃいます。というかこのために足を運びたい味。
続いて、チャーハイのお替りと串焼きをオーダー。串焼きはカシラ、ハツ、白モツを塩でお願いします。いずれも100円台とリーズナブル。カシラは肉感があり、白モツはとろける感じで美味。どれも美味しいですが、特に白モツが美味しいです。卓上にある自家製？の味噌をつけて食べるとこれまた美味。
お酒が進み、最後にまたまたチャーハイお替りと串を2本追加。今度はトントロと鳥皮を塩でオーダーです。皮はパリッとなっており、トントロは脂身がありジューシーです。
モツ焼きはもちろん、もつ煮込みに特に感動。リーズナブルに飲めて美味しいので青森駅利用するときにまた寄りたいと思います。どうもご馳走様でした。
