青森空港✈️から一路青森市街地へ。
お目当ては横山商店の焼きおにぎり。
御歳88歳のはるえお婆ちゃんが七輪で焼き上げる、絶品焼きおにぎり。
鮭ご飯の表面に黒胡麻をまぶし炭火で焼いたおにぎりは、黒胡麻の香りが香ばしく、表面はパリッと中はフワッとした食感が心地良い。
焦がし醤油の焼きおにぎりも捨てがたいが、この焼きおにぎりもまた絶品✨
もう一つの名物は、青森名物でもある生姜味噌おでん。
煮込んで出汁が染み渡った大根はとても柔らかく、咬むとジュワッと出汁の味が口に広がる。
青森市での朝食にぴったりの絶品焼きおにぎり。
注文が焼き上がりまで30分以上かかるので、時間には余裕が必要です。
焼きおにぎりは午前中に売り切れになる事もあり。
