日本海北上して不老不死温泉入って高山稲荷神社にも行ってホテルにチェックインして大急ぎで入店したのが、午後5時20分。なんで6時に閉まるんだ？
ちなみにラストオーダーは5時55分だそうです。
青森に来たら食べてみたいラーメン。
勝手な想像よりは実際食べてみないとっていうことで今回初挑戦です。
私は待たずに着席できましたが、すぐに待ち客発生してました。
みそカレー牛乳ラーメン、バター入り 980円
10分くらいで到着。
まずはスープから。スープがサラサラです。勝手にドロドロしてると思ってた。私の想像では家庭のカレーを牛乳で伸ばしたようなトロッとスープでしたが…。
いえいえ全く違います。
本格的なスパイシーなカレーを牛乳がまろやかにしてるっぽいスープ。でもカレーも牛乳も主張しすぎず添えられてる程度でラーメンのみそ味と絶妙にマッチ。このスープだけでもおいしいんだけど。
スープ飲み干したいくらい、なんならライスも行きたいところですが、もみくちゃLIVE前なので我慢。
好みもあると思いますが、やっぱり食べてみないとわからない、人気に納得の味でした。
