青森駅前、古川にあるふぐ・すっぽん料理と和食のお店です。
アウガ、中三百貨店と国道７号線の間の辺りにあります。
店内はテーブル席、小上がりの席、カウンター席があり、一人でもある程度の人数で行っても大丈夫です。
ランチで伺いました。
天丼なども気になりましたが「おすすめ定食（20食限定）」（700円）をいただきました。
ご飯、味噌汁に赤魚の煮付け、刺身（マグロ、ブリ）、ハム玉カツ、生野菜、ほうれん草のおひたし、昆布の佃煮、漬け物という内容でした。
でも隣に座ってた方は、フライがアジフライ、刺身がカツオでした。
大将の気まぐれなのか、隣の方は特別だったのかわかりませんが、いずれにしても700円のランチとしては品目がかなり充実したランチです。
煮付けや味噌汁などの料理の味付けは、サラリーマン向けの外食店にありがちな濃い味付けではなく、あっさりと上品で、いい具合でした。
また、量もしっかりあるので、男性でも満足できるランチだと思います。
味も良く、また700円で煮魚、刺身、フライに野菜まで食べれるとはお値打ちだと思います。
ビジネスランチにオススメできるお店だと思います。
