夕方から22時まで営業という
冬の青森でありがたい町中華
お目当てはやっぱりぎょうざ
とにかくニンニク！
ぎょうざにもタップリ
タレにも生の刻みニンニクがタップリ
足りなくなっても机に刻みニンニクが!!!
それでも嫌じゃないこのニンニクの使い方
焼きそばはかなりオイリーで味しっかり
ニラレバーも味しっかり、量もタップリ
とにかく想像通りどれも美味しい!!!
そしてどれも酒が進む品々
店内は奥にながーく
靴を脱いで床に座布団で座るスタイル
お手洗いは和式
なんか懐かしい雰囲気の店でした

前日に引き続きまたまた王味
今回は3人で1件目だったので
前日に食べられなかったメニューを中心に
▶ぎょうざ×6
▶ニラレバーいため
▶モツいため×2
▶正油ラーメン
▶味噌ラーメン
▶塩ラーメン
モツが想像以上に大ぶりにプリッと臭みも少なく美味しい
私はモツいためがここのお店で1番好きかも
ラーメンはそれぞれ味しっかり王道な町中華のラーメンって感じ
多少化学の力は感じるけどご愛嬌
今回、このお店に来て良かったなと思ったことが…！
前日の帰り際お母さんに
「美味しかった～、ありがとう～！」って話しかけたら
「あら、良かった～」って会話をし店を後に
そして、2日目の帰り際
お母さんから
「昨日の子でしょ！」って覚えていてくれた
「美味しいから2日連続で来ちゃった」と
2人でわちゃわちゃ
味も美味しいけど、お母さんの暖かさが身に沁みる
素敵なお店でした
