2023/02再訪初投稿
数年振りの青森市で飲み終わったあと一人で訪問。こちらは秋田市に本店を構え、今や東京にも出店した末廣ラーメンさん。他だと盛岡市、仙台市にも出店され、何れも繁華街から遠くない場所に位置しております。
その味は甘じょっぱい系の真っ黒いスープに、中細ストレート麺、薄切りの切り落としチャーシュー、ネギ入れ放題というのが特徴でしょうか？盛岡市より先に出店されたこちらの青森店も、オープン当初から訪問し、１０回以上は食べたと思いますが初レビューになります。
時間は２２時過ぎ、小腹を空かせてこちらの黄色いネオンに引き寄せられるように入店。昔と変わらず券売式。購入したのは、

塩も大好きな味なのですが、久しぶりの末廣さんなので醤油を。
着麺。変わらない真っ黒スープ。カウンターに置かれた取り放題のネギを惜しげもなく投入！黒の壁面にネギが映え過ぎですw
寒いのでスープを飲んで暖まる。美味い！変わらない甘じょっぱい味。溜まり醤油の熟成された旨味が強く、甘さが濃く出ております。合わせる麺は中細ストレート。ぱっつん系の歯応え重視サッパリ麺。スープが黒すぎて麺までスープを吸い込んでいます。途中、ネギとスープを一緒に食べるのが、ネギ好きにはたまらなく美味い。大好きなチャーシューは薄切りで食べやすく、染み込んだスープがまた旨すぎだわ。これが惜しげもなく入っているのでコスパは高い。
あっという間に完食！
