本日のディナーは、青森市「大黒寿司」です。
駅前の居酒屋で津軽料理の三品盛りを食べた後は、向かいの寿司屋に飛び込んだ。
今日の青森は、この時期10年に1度の大寒波到来のようだ。
風速8mの風邪がピューピューと吹き付け”たげさんび(めっちゃ、寒い)”だー。
この薄着では、駅前から離れらるない。
若旦那のTシャツの背中を見ると「開業昭和35年」とある。
今年で63年目だ。
青森では、老舗なのだろうか？
18:30に門を叩いたが、運良くカウンターに滑り込んだ。
次から次へと訪問する客は、皆、断られている。
予約もないのに、ラッキーだったな。
3,700円の特上にぎりにしようと思ったが、明日の朝は”本マグロの中落ち丼”を予定しているので上にぎり(2,500円)にしておいた。
待つこと、10分。
運ばれてきました。
「(こりゃ、美味そうだ。巻物3種に握りが7種類だ。ネタが大きいぞ。)」
巻物は、干瓢とかっぱに鉄火巻きだ。
握りは、赤身・ハマチ・甘エビ・蟹のむき身・ホタテ・ホッキ貝・アナゴである。
価格に見合っているな。
シャリは固めで水分少なめに炊かれている。
うまいな。
ネタは大きめで食べ応えがある。
特上は、赤身が中トロ、ハマチがヒラメ、甘エビがボタン海老、ホッキ貝が赤貝、アナゴがウニと数の子に変わる。
1,200円UPだけある。
でも、上にぎりで十分堪能できた。
駅前の好立地でありながら、手抜きのないお寿司だった。
