青森空港にありますレストランのひばさんで夕食をいただきましたが、まだフライトにはちょいと時間があるってんでこちらでお酒をちょいといただくことにいたしましょうか。アタクシの好きな「ほやとみず」ってのを見つけたもんですからね、とりあえず入ってみましょう。
青森空港のレストランは3軒あるんですが、どれも地産地消を謳っています。このライアンさん、お手軽な食事から青森産牛肉のステーキセット＠5000円まで幅広いです。お酒の取り揃えが外にはかかれていなかったんですが、お品書きを拝見いたしますと青森の日本酒と青森産の焼酎がありますねぇ。さすがにウイスキーは違いましたが。
アタクシ「喜久泉（きくいずみ）」（←キクセンなんて読んじゃいました）＠650円に、ほやとみず＠500円、鶏と野菜の炙り＠500円をいただくことに。喜久泉はさらっとして飲みやすいお酒です。それからほやとみず、500円の割には量が多いですねぇ。水のしゃきしゃき感がたまらないですし、ほやはまったく癖がないですよ。最近ほやは冷凍で流通しているようで（どこだったかで冷凍パックをお土産で売っていましたし）、新鮮さの問題はクリアしたんでしょうか。
鶏と野菜の炙りは、野菜がズッキーニ、茄子、南瓜、ピーマンでしていい塩梅に焼けていました。まあフライト前にちょいとお酒といただくにはもってこいでしたねぇ。
