青森空港では食事をできる場所が３ヶ所あります。
レストランのこの店と寿司と麺の和食のお店と中華料理・ラーメン等色々な料理のお店が有ります。
空港なので値段が高いお店がほとんどです。
テナント料が高く価格設定もお客も少なし、しょうがないかもしれません。
空港との連絡バスの時間も羽田行きなどは食事をするまでの時間もないので
お店はすいていることが多いですが、今日はお盆の入りで
お客も結構入っていました。
今回は時間があったのでゆっくり食事をする時間があったので
ライアンステーキ定食の和風ソースのレアで注文しました。
メニューに書いてあるとおり、肉は柔らかかったですが
ソースが今ひとつと、少し焼き過ぎでレアでなかったのが残念です。
青森の長谷川牧場の豚の生姜焼きの方が良かったと後悔しています。
青森は豚肉が柔らかく美味しいお店が多く、とんかつなどは美味しいです。
