青森空港内にあるレストランです。
名古屋からは小牧空港から直行便がある空港です。
帰路につくフライト前にこちらのレストランに寄りました。
他にもフードコートスタイルのお店もいくつかありましたが、ゆっくり過ごしたかったためファミリーレストランのような雰囲気のこちらのお店にしました。
青森県に来て、のっけ丼、みそ貝焼き、せんべい汁、アップルパイ、津軽ラーメン…他にも青森ならではのグルメをたくさんいただきましたが、帰る前に食べ残した物は無いかと探してみたら、十和田バラ焼きを発見しました。まあ十和田には立ち寄っていにいのですが、青森グルメなんで個人的ルールとしてOKとしておきます。
十和田バラ焼きは牛バラ肉と玉ねぎを醤油ベースのタレで炒めたシンプルなＢ級グルメです。
こちらのお店では中央に卵が落とされています。甘辛いタレで炒められたお肉と卵の相性は抜群です。更に定食として付いてきているご飯との相性もピカイチです！もっと言えば、これにビールが加われば、もう無敵なのでしょうが、この日は残念ながら地元の名古屋空港までは車で来ているので、車を運転しなければなりません。本当に残念ですが、前日までにたくさんお酒をいただいたので、今日くらいは我慢です。
フライト前にゆったりと素敵なＢ級グルメをいただく事ができ大満足です！お腹を満たして小牧空港に帰りました。
