青森空港の中で唯一、青森の郷土料理っぽい食事ができるお店です。
こちらのお店は朝7時から営業しているそうですが、さすがに10時前に到着したので、空港のラウンジと違い空いててゆっくりすることができました。
今回は行けなかった十和田湖、せっかくだから名物の『牛バラ焼』と見た目が楽しそうな『青森まるっとラーメン』を注文。
『牛バラ焼』、熱々の鉄板にたっぷりの牛バラ肉が醤油ベースの濃いめの甘辛ダレで味付けされ、ガッツリ系のB級グルメらしくご飯との相性がめちゃめちゃよくて美味しい。
『青森まるっとラーメン』に使っている麺はあまり馴染みのない特製鰯麺、中太でストレートの麺ですが練り込まれている鰯の風味は感じることはできず。
スープはすっきりとした醤油系でこちらは魚介の旨味がでてて美味しかった。
トッピングには、名物とは知らなかったですが豚バラ肉、ホワイトアスパラかと思ってたら柔らかくて大きな竹の子、そして陸奥湾産の帆立と、うたい文句通り地元愛に溢れていました。
地方空港で専門店が入っているわけではないので、それ程期待していなかったのですが、予想以上に美味しく朝から満足です。
