青森出張のランチで訪問しました。
今回はご当地グルメの十和田牛バラ焼き定食をいただきました。
熱々の鉄板に甘辛い味付けで炒めた牛バラ肉は、ご飯に合います！
真ん中の卵黄と混ぜることで味変されて、美味しさが増します。
お新香、味噌汁もいいアクセントになっています。
コスパは1,750円とちょっとお高めですが、ご当地グルメだから、まあいいかな(笑)
個人的には大好きな味付けなので、大満足でした。
また機会があれば、訪れたいと思います。
