化学調味料を極力使わないで作っているというスープ。
醤油ラーメンは特筆するほどの美味しさは感じませんでしたが、
苦手な方も少ないだろうな、という感想でした。
我が家のお気に入りはつけ麺。
少しだけピリ辛、少し酸味のある醤油ベースの濃すぎないつけダレ。
それなりにガッツリ、でもサッパリ。
ラーメンはもたれるからあまり…という女性にも、是非おすすめしたいです。
座敷が広く子供用の豆椅子があり、帰りにいつも飴をくれるので、
子供にとってのお気に入りのお店でもあります。
