青森のラーメンやさんって、朝からオープンしているお店もちらほら、
夜の閉店が早いみたいです。
朝１０時に腹ペコー！
と思い超ラーメンナビで口コミ５軒入っていたお店に！
あっさり醤油ラーメン ￥５５０

を注文。
麺は細麺と自家製麺の２種類から選べます。
餃子はあつあつ、まあ美味しい。
さてラーメンは、
個人的にはあっさり醤油ラーメンがダントツうまかった！
煮干、焼干しに鶏がらスープに鯖節、昆布が入っているスープが、
なんとも懐かしいような優しい素朴なお味！
自家製麺は縮れ麺がもちもちつるつるして、
この醤油と合う！
たまり醤油はあっさりに比べてややたまり醤油の甘みと濃さが出ています。
これも美味しいけど、やっぱりあっさり醤油＋自家製麺がベスト
ああ、こういうラーメン屋さん家の近所に合ったら、
〆で行きたいなぁ。
