青森県青森市のラーメン屋さん。市内にもう一店舗ありますがこちらへは初訪問。
いただいたのは『みそカレーバターラーメン＋背脂トッピング』。
背脂がなかったとしてもかなりこってりなスープは甘味のある味噌ダレでカレーの風味は案外弱く。背脂のせいかあまりバターの風味が感じられず、背脂かバターかどっちかにしておけば良かったかも。なんとな～くココナッツ的な風味があるのは気のせいかしら？
麺はかなり太めで食感風味は札幌ラーメンの麺に近い感じが。細麺の方が好きですが、このこってり濃厚スープにはやっぱり太麺でしょうね～。スープに負けずにバランスとれてます。
ちょっと想像していたのとは違ったけれど、個性的な味わいのみそカレーラーメン、癖になる人いそうな気がします。
