2018年12月20日 喫茶マロンから独立開業 |
こちらはJR、青い森鉄道青森駅東口から徒歩４分ほどのところにあります。
国道７号線から少し北に入ったところで昔ながらの古い商店街がどことなく懐かしさを感じる。
駐車場は近くのコインパーキング。
店内はこじんまりとしていてカウンター６席、テーブルは６人席×１。
青森でも夏の暑さはたまらないものがあり、入った瞬間冷房が強めに効いてて、かなりクールなんだけどホッとしました(笑)
今回食べたのは「珈琲(モーニングサービス) ３８０円」です。
これは飲み物を頼むとトースト、ゆで玉子が付くもので１１時までやってます。
慣れた様子の常連客はモーニングの持ち帰りもしてました。
珈琲は背の高い白いカップで標準的な量よりはやや多め。
苦味が強めで酸味もそこそこ。
朝はこんな苦味の効いたコーヒーがいいですね。
トーストは厚みのある食パンを使用し、トースターでじっくり焼いてました。
もっちり感のある食パンはヤマザキ「超芳醇」でした。
いい感じの焼き色でバターが多めに塗ってあり、溶けたバターのにおいがいいですね(^^)
ゆで玉子は白いM サイズ。
常温で出てきたが上手く剥けました。
黄身は黄色い完熟仕上げ。
古くからやってるのか、客は皆常連ばかりでした。
恐らく近所の人達なんでしょう。
そんな客が多い地域に根付いたお店です。
