青森県青森市の中華食堂です。職場からまぁまぁ近くなんだけどわりと住宅街にあるので通りすがりに寄る機会もなく、気になりながらもなかなか訪問出来ずにいたお店。
いただいたのはカツカレー。
魚介の風味が感じられるルーはまったりしていてかなり味が濃く、金沢カレーみたいな感じかな。そこそこスパイス感あってあとからじわじわ辛さを感じます。
カツは厚くてやわらかく脂身少なめ、お肉は美味しいけど揚げ油の風味がいまいち。
野菜もついててご飯も多めでボリュームはすごいですね。
卓上においてあるマヨネーズが妙に美味しかったのが印象的。
こちらはやはり中華系のメニューをいただくべきかな？
次は中華系のセットメニューを食べてみよう。
