青森市内では「パンプキンパイの店」、と言うだけで「ああ、あそこね！」とわかる人が多いはず。ファンが多く、売切れてしまって買えない時もあるくらい。お店側もパンプキンパイはせっせと焼いているようですが、確実に手に入れたい方は午前中に訪問しましょう。
サクサクのパイ生地に、しっとりとして程よい滑らかさと素朴な味わいを持つボンみすずのパンプキンパイ。言うまでもなく、おいしいです。
さらに個人的には、このぎっしり詰まったカボチャが子供の頃に食べた「かぼちゃモチ」の味に似ていて懐かしさがこみ上げてくるパイなんです。
ここはケーキやパンを売るベーカリーでパンプキンパイの専門店ではありません。お惣菜系のパンもあるので近くの学校生徒達も気軽に寄るようなお店です。
お店は住宅街にあり、非常にわかりにくい場所にあります。来店される方はカーナビフル活用をおすすめします。
