青森市の「秀寿司」で寿司を満喫した後に、津軽の郷土料理のホタテの貝焼き味噌が食べたくなり、宿泊先のホテル青森のフロントに聞いたら、飲屋街の本町にある居酒屋ダイニング『るあん』を紹介してくれた。
『るあん』では、青森の郷土料理や新鮮な刺身や馬刺しなどのつまみと地酒が楽しめる、ほっとする雰囲気の居酒屋だった。

◉貝焼きみそは津軽地方で親しまれている料理で、ホタテの貝殻を鍋代わりにして、濃いめの味噌汁にホタテやネギを入れ溶き卵を入れて煮込んだ料理である。
地酒と相性は抜群で、熱々のごはんと一緒に食べても美味い。
久しぶりに食べた貝焼きみそは美味かった❗️
