友人が前に行って美味しかったというこちらのお店に訪問
地産地消にこだわったカジュアルなフレンチレストランです
契約農家から仕入れている野菜やハーブ
県産のお肉やお魚
仕入れにこだわりを持っているようです
お店の雰囲気はとてもいいです
センスの良いディスプレイに、間接照明、かかっている音楽もとてもマッチしており、居心地が良いお店です
お料理は白身魚のパートフィロ包み、ヴィラサラダ、生ウニのパスタ、魚のポワレを注文
サラダはけっこうなボリューム
パートフィロは友人一押しで、さすがのお味
生ウニのパスタはクリーミーで濃厚なウニの風味がたまりません
ポワレは表面はカリッと、中はフワッとしており、ソースが美味しいです
今回注文したものはハズレなし
どれもおすすめです
お酒は料理に合わせて、グラスワインを数種類いただきました
どれも飲みやすくてどの料理にも合います
青森でこのレベルのフレンチに出会えると思わなかったのでとても満足です
コース料理も4000円のお任せコースがあるようです
パーティプランも飲み放題つきであるようです
店員さんはとても丁寧な接客で、好感がもてます
いろいろと楽しく会話もしてくれました
青森はやっぱり美人な方が多いですね
私も負けてられません…(-｡-;
