A 3-minute walk from Aomori Station. Facing Shinmachi-dori, this restaurant was very crowded as it was a Saturday night. It was finally time to take a break after a hard week. It had been a while since I had yakiniku, so I ordered a lot of things. The standard 2-item set (juicy kalbi and skirt steak) came with rice, soup, salad, kakuteki, and tofu. Salted tongue, skirt steak, 5 popular offal dishes, assorted kimchi (half), chijimi with plenty of chives, draft beer, hard lemon sour, oolong tea. The kalbi is hand-cut only for the day, and raw offal is used, making this a restaurant that is particular about its food. The sauce is not too strong, so I could eat it forever. The salad dressing was also delicious, and the kimchi was just my favorite, with a mild sourness and strong umami. I'm recharged! Thank you for the meal.
