1軒目で青森を満喫した店の後の、2軒目はこちら。
予想外に住宅街にあった。
町寿司！
ちょっと最近のマイブーム。
残念ながらカウンターは一杯だったのでテーブルで。
先ずはグレープフルーツサワーを一杯。
そして注文は、
▪️穴子
ここに来たのは写真を見た時、きっとこの穴子は自分の好きなタイプだと感じたから。
では一貫！
う〜ん、違っていた。
まあ、これはこれで。
さて一人前頼んで帰ろう。
▪️特上鮨
この中で赤貝が頗る美味かった。
ただやはりテーブルでは美味さが半減するな。
基本美味しい寿司ではあるけど。
鋼板カウンター客も皆帰り大将といろいろ話が出来て楽しかった。
長かった旅も青森の夜を最後に終わり。
