居酒屋さんで食事を終えて ラーメン を目指します。
雪道で遠くへ歩くのは断念して、近場で済ませます。
聞くと、別のエリアにそれらしきお勧めのお店が在るそうですが
どっちみち行かないので、その居酒屋さんでは聞きませんでした。
ホテルの近くに、そこそこの評価点のお店が在ったのでそこに決定です。

カチコチの雪道の上を、無事転ばずに到着です。
雪国らしい、しっとりとした店構えで、静かそうな外観です。
焼ギョーザ（7個）
「ぎょうざの店」と暖簾に書かれているので、折角ならとお願いしました。
素直に美味しいと思える、肉汁の感覚に、適度な焼き加減は専門店の様な味わいです。
神戸に幾つか贔屓のお店が在りますが、このままの味で何処でも通用しますw
食べておいて間違い無いでしょう ＾ω＾
ラーメン
見た目にも、実際の味わいもとてもシンプルです。
美味しいですね！
ボリュームもたっぷりで、冷たい外界に晒された身体に染入る感覚ですw
特徴が有る訳では有りませんが、そのシンプルさがポイントです。
スープ もサラサラと入る感じで、身体が受け入れている証拠でしょう。
深夜で、雪深い中でも、ポツポツと来客は有ります。
ピカピカに磨かれた厨房は、仕事の確かさを表します。
恐らくハズレの無いお店でしょう。
他の方々は、全て違う料理を注文されてます。
機会が有れば、又、来てみたいお店ですね ＾ω＾
