青森ナイトの2軒目は、前から気になっていた友楽古川本店へ。
青森駅界隈で人気の町中華。
青森に詳しい同僚曰く、地元の人なら知らない人はいない人気店だとか。仕事がらみで何度も訪れているお店とのこと。
店内はカウンター席に、広い座敷席あり。
そして、お客さんでいっぱい。
まずは瓶ビールを飲みながら、何を注文するかを討議。
レバニラはマストですね。
もやし多め、レバーはカット厚めの、見るからに美味しそうなルックス。
そして、期待を裏切らないレバニラクオリティ。
味濃いめで、お酒がすすまざるを得ない一品笑
人気メニューなのも納得。
そして、ムスロ。
ムスロ？？？
ムースーロー（木須肉）というメニューで、要は豚肉ときくらげと玉子とネギの炒め物。
中国北部の料理みたい。
きくらげと玉子入りの肉野菜炒めっていうことですね。
先程のレバニラ炒めと対象的に、塩味ベース。
豚バラ肉が厚めなのが特徴的。
これをおかずにご飯をかっこんだら、至福な瞬間だろうな。
肉野菜炒めも奥が深い。
お客の誰もが注文する餃子。
皮がもっちりでにんにく控えめの餡。
これもビールのお供。
結構お腹いっぱいだけど、〆におすすめという焼きそば。
肉野菜炒めの下に麺。
塩味の焼きそば、これが絶妙に美味い。
塩味なので、スルスルっと食べられちゃうところがキケンですね笑
チャーハンも気になるところですが、もう無理笑
夜更けまでやっているので、使い勝手も良さそう。
