休日の13時頃に来店。
店内は昭和の雰囲気と言うか歴史の有る街の中華料理店の様な雰囲気ですね。
店内はかなり人を選ぶ感じなのであまり女性向きでは無いかな。
【駐車場情報】
専用無し。
◼️ オム焼そば（並）650円
加水率低目でコシというか硬目で食べ応えが有る。
原田製麺さんもそうだったけど青森の焼きそばやさんは少し太目の麺を使っている感じだ。
味自体は普通。
オムの火入れもちゃんとトロッと半熟部分も有ったけど、
専門店ならではという感じでもない。
【総評】
ラーメンや日本蕎麦と違って焼きそばで感動レベルは未だ出合った事が無い。
このジャンルは結局コスパなのかなとも思う。
スタンダードな焼きそば（並）は450円なので懐には優しいね。
