青森駅から徒歩2分ほど。
居酒屋チェーン店なのか、チェーン店風なのかは分かりませんが、雰囲気は『笑◯』さんや『◯民』さんのような、大衆居酒屋チェーンさんのようで入りやすいお店。
しかしながら地場郷土料理のラインナップが豊富で、手軽に丸ごと青森を味わえます。
写真はせんべい汁。
キノコや野菜の入った醤油ベースのスープに、硬いお麩のような煎餅を投入し、グツグツ煮込んで頂く、青森を代表する一品。
せんべい汁を初めて頂きましたが、個人的には青森グルメの中でナンバー1ヒットでした。
煮込んだ煎餅のモチモチの食感と、故郷を感じるシンプルな醤油汁。ありそうで体験したことのないコントラストがとても新鮮で美味しい。
そこそこ煮込んでもモチモチ感は失われず、もっちり煎餅が味わえます。
せんべい汁最高の郷土料理ですね。
