青森に来ています。
初日、一八寿司を出て昼の２軒目。
青森は昼呑みできる店が少ないんですということを聞きながら向かったのは、アウガ地下の新鮮市場。狙いの丸青食堂も昼吞みと言う感じでもなく。諦めて地上に出たその店に、昼吞み営業中の看板が。出来すぎやろ。
エレベーターで２階へ行き、席に案内されます。
改めましてカンパイと言うことで。
この店、帰りに見たら、店のてっぺんの方に『おやじが漁師だから年中新鮮』なんて書いてありましたよ。

値段が値段なんで、ここは期待は抑え気味に。
帆立、まぐろ、ひらめ、海老、サーモン、ぶり
まずまずじゃないですか。この値段なら合格です。

マイレビュアーさんのおすすめで、郷土料理なんだそうです。これが何とまあめちゃめちゃ旨かった。土産に買って帰りたい。冷凍で売っているのもあるそうです。
