青森にやってきました。
閉店間際にぎりぎり滑り込み。
駐車場は目の前にあり、200円で停めることができました。
まずは受付でチケットを購入します。
12枚綴で2,000円。
最初にご飯をもらって、市場の中を回って好きな魚を載せていきます。
それぞれチケットを渡して引き換えます。
こんなスタイル初めてでなんだか楽しい。
青森はホタテは外せません。
生のホタテは時々見かけますが、生の「貝ひも」は初めてみました。
ホタテと一緒に貝ひもが付いてて珍しかったです。
食感もコリコリしていい。
そして青森産マグロの中トロ。
程よい脂のノリでうまい。
やはりせっかくなので奮発して青森産の大トロ！
これは脂がすごい。
しつこくなく、甘～い脂。
これは絶品でした。
海鮮丼にはやっぱり大海老は欠かせない。
一気に豪華に見えますね。
いくらではなく「すじこ」を食べました。
もっちりして美味しかったです。
初めて食べたのは「子持ちヤリイカ」。
お店のお母さんが勧めてくれたのですが、これが絶品でした。
どうやって作っているのだろう？
これはお酒のおつまみにもピッタリです。
みそ汁はチケット1枚で、わかめとホタテが選べました。
もちろんホタテをチョイス。
ホタテが入ったみそ汁は初めてかな？
これも胃に染みる～
ネギトロは大トロも混ざっているのかな？
すごく脂がのって甘くて最高の味わいです。
とても贅沢で美味しいごはんになりました。
