青森県、浪岡にある旅館でお食事です
【マルミ・サンライズ食堂】
黒石から車で10分ぐらいにある旅館で、１泊なんと￥3,300と激安な看板に驚きです（笑）
当日は4人での訪問でしたが、広い店内で座席数も多く、すんなりと案内されました
メニューを見て熟考した後、店員さんを呼んで注文です
【らーめん中、カツ丼 自力セット】（値段失念）
始めにラーメン、しばし遅れてカツ丼がきましたが、先ずはラーメンからいただきます
プリっとした自家製麵っぽい細麺を一口すすりビックリ仰天
にゃり『ぉお～っ これうんめぇ～』
久しぶりに本能を刺激されるスープに、相性抜群の細麺が最高の組み合わせで完璧！
具材も申し分なく、特にチャーシューが柔らかくて美味しかったですね
かつ丼は、シイタケ、タケノコ等が入った珍しいタイプでしたが肝心のカツは中の下
おそらく揚げ置きのカツで、肉質も悪いと感じました
まぁ…それを補って余りあるラーメンの完成度に超満足です
2024年、いきなりマイベストラーメンに出会えて幸先の良い年になりそうです
