十和田に所用で行くことになり、その途中でちょいと小腹満たしに訪問。
時間は15時、なんかお腹減ってるような、減ってないような。
でも、現地での食事が18時30分このままだと必ず途中でお腹が空いて間食し、本飯が入らないという事態になりそう(~_~;)
というわけで、早めに三時のおやつラーメン。ψ(｀∇´)ψ
メニューを見て、ご飯ものは腹持ちが良さそげなんで、軽く麺をと濃い鯵ラーメンをオーダー
サーブ、おおっ！鯵の味！香りもいいなぁ。
スープを一口、んっちょっとしょっぱい。
もう気持ち薄目だと、すごい好みの鯵の味になりそう。チャーシューがレア気味でとっても美味しい。
麺は細麺を選択、ちょい固めの茹で加減。
スープが染みたお麩がかなりしょっぱく感じる(^_^;)
作業服を着た方が多いので、あえて濃いめの塩梅にしてるんでしょうね。
