ランチB 自家製ピクルスのサラダ、白アスパラのカルボナーラ、ドルチェ盛合せ
久しぶりに、ランチに伺いました。
ランチは3種類あり、パスタのみのA、前菜、パスタ、ドルチェ盛り合わせ、カッフェのB、セコンド付きのCの３種類あります。今回はBをいただきました。
この日の前菜は自家製ピクルスのインサラータ。ピクルスの酸味のバランスが好みで、食欲が湧きます。
パスタは白アスパラのカルボナーラ。バーナーで表面を軽く焼いているので香ばしさもあります。
ドルチェは、自家製のヨーグルトのジェラート、バナナのパイ、カッサータの3種類。ドリンクはホットコーヒーをいただきました。夜も伺いたいです。
