青森駅近くに出来たA-FACTORYの中にあるガレットのお店です
１Ｆではシードルも蒸溜していて２Ｆでは試飲も可能です
階段上って左側では試飲バーになっていて右側でガレットが
楽しめます
ちょうどランチタイムだったので食べていきましょう～！
ガレット２種類から１つとドリンクが付くAランチか
数種類から１つとスープ・ドリンク・デザートが付くBランチ
うう～ん特別ガレットセットか・・・悩む～
結局Bランチにしました～
今日のスープは南瓜のポタージュです
味が濃くて美味しい～
メインはキャベツとソーセージのガレットです
く～キャベツ 思ったよりスッパイ！
でもソーセージと合わせると途端にさっぱりになるんですね～
県産林檎ジュースが思いのほか甘くて美味しいです
酸味が少ない種類を使用してるんですね
デザートのティラミスが甘味の少ない大人味なので
林檎の甘さで中和です
思っていたよりお腹いっぱいなので満足ですよ
次回はテイスティングバーでシードルを楽しみたいですね～
色々種類があるので楽しそうです！
