青森ベイブリッジを渡り間も無くはじまる『青森ねぶた祭』の『ねぶた』の製作模様を見学させていただいた後にA-FACTORY内2Ｆに店舗を構えられる『Galetteria Da Sasino』さんにて小休止｡『Galetteria Da Sasino』さんでは『Sasino』さんの数種類のシードルを有料試飲出来るテイスティングバーも併設されておりますが折角の機会ですので此処でしか味わうことが出来ぬという『生シードル』をオーダー｡生シードルとは生ビール同様に加熱処理をしていないシードルのことを指します｡本国フランスではシードルと言えば『生シードル』が主流とのこと｡程無くして供された『生シードル』は弘前産の林檎(ﾘﾝｺﾞ)から造られたスパークリングワイン｡殺菌処理を行われていないので弘前の林檎(ﾘﾝｺﾞ)が持つ新鮮な果実感を堪能することが出来ました｡
