青森駅徒歩２分のAファクトリー、物販ショップとシードル工房で構成される商業施設、リンゴをモチーフとしたいかにも青森らしい施設で当店はその２階のシードルとガレットの店、窒素ガス式の8連ワインサーバーが入口でお迎えしてくれます。たくさんの種類のシードル、キリット冷やしてスッキリ甘い、アルコールもビール程度のものが多く、カフェでの憩いにちょうどいいですね。客席から眼下に土産店など１階全体が見まわせるので、家族が買い物しているあいだ、お父さんはシードルでヨッコラセっと休憩です。1階の工房は2キロリットルくらいありそうなタンクがズラリ、瓶詰までここでやってるのかな、ところ狭しと瓶が積みあがってました。アランビックみたいな蒸留機まであってかなり色々やっている様子。シードルにリンゴの蒸留酒、そしてガレット、さすが青森りんご王国。ノルマンディみたいになってきたなー
