東北旅6日目の朝。今日は青森市で連泊の為早起きして前から気になってたこちらのお店に訪問。
青森市は何回か来てるがいつも北海道に渡るフェリーに朝乗るので地味に食べてなかったのでやっと念願が叶った。
食券でこく煮干にチャーシューを注文。
思ったより煮干し感は強くないが悪くない。何も言わないと麺は手打ちになる感じだが個人的にはもう少し細めが良かったかも。またリベンジしたいです。
