青森駅近くの煮干しラーメン。
入り口横に券売機が設置されている。
あっさりとこく煮干し、その中間のあっこくからスープの濃さ、手打ち麺と中太麺、細麺から麺の太さが選べるのだが、味と麺の太さそれぞれにボタンがあって、券売機はやや分かりづらかった。
こく煮干しを中太麺で注文。
ニボ感は十分。
関東でありがちな煮干しラーメンと違って塩味のとんがった感じが全くなかった。
元のスープがやや甘めなのか、スープの甘さと煮干しの優しい融合がとても美味しい。
今回は時間がなくて1軒しか行けなかったが、青森の煮干しを他にも堪能したい…
