お店の外まで香る煮干しの良い香りに誘われて。
濃く煮干しを頂きました。
初めての煮干し系一口目、美味しい！！スープの煮干しの旨みが詰まった濃厚なスープ、たまりませんでした。
チャーシューはももとバラの食べ比べ、
バラの方が口溶けが良く単体での旨味は強く感じられましたが
ももはスープの濃さとも重たくならずたくさん食べられるお肉でした
食べ進めると慣れてきて濃さも気にならず
ついついスープもごくごく。
自由におかわりできるライスが付いていて
ついついぱくぱく。ねぶた漬けは松前漬けのようでこちらもご飯の進む味で一緒に食べるのが幸せでした。
